Are your photographs a true representation of the items?

Although we always do our utmost to capture correct colour and defects (if any) in our images we are unable to truly reflect the quality of individual items. 
Viewing the item helps us to provide the quality of furniture that you expect upon delivery or collection. 

Are all dimensions accurate?

Dimensions are taken as carefully as possible however please do allow a 1cm tolerance. 
If you are in need of accurate dimensions due to tight spaces etc then please do contact us, where we will do our best to work with you and get the dimensions you require. 

Can items be stored until we are ready for them?

We are able to store items until an agreed date however please do contact us before purchase to make sure this is ok for your specific needs.
All items not collected within two weeks of the purchase date will incur a storage charge of £1 per day payable on collection unless agreed upon before purchase. 

How can I pay for items?

We offer a multitude of payment options.
See our Payment page for more information and please do let let us know your preferred payment method on purchase. 

Do you accept returns? 

We abide by Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).
Please note we only accept returns on items that are incorrectly described or damaged before collection. 
To ensure the item meets your requirements please do feel free to view before purchase. 
Any return postage must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. 

Do you offer a delivery service?

We are able to offer a local delivery service at competitive prices.
We also work closely with a third party furniture courier service and are happy to retrieve a quote for you.
